Ozjet’s contribution to the joint venture includes site surveys, vessel design and procurement, support throughout the regulatory approval process, provision of operating manuals, secondment of skippers from Ozjet boating to Singapore, best practices for bookings, sales, and cash management, ongoing technical support and spare parts for the Jet Boat, and continued strategic dialogue regarding the Jet Boating business with the most successful Jet Boating operator in Australia. In short, Ozjet provides all the ingredients necessary to operating a Jet Boating business.
What makes the Ozjet franchise compelling is the “do whatever it takes” attitude they bring in their work ethic. Combined with their unparalleled expertise in Jet Boating, Ozjet are the best in the business.
A standout example of their commitment was when the owner of Ozjet himself (Patrick) came to Singapore at a delicate time during our regulatory approval process to skipper the Jet Boat for final approval water trials. Afterwards, Pat decided to remain on in Singapore for another month to continuing skippering the Jet Boat and ensure the smooth launch of our business. This all happened during an inconvenient time for Pat personally because he had just had a new baby and was very busy with work in Sydney.
I have never dealt with another individual or company that demonstrates this deep a level of commitment, and it comes from Pat’s genuine passion and love for Jet Boating.
